1. WHAT DOTT. IS

DOTT. is a physical sticker brand. We design, produce, and sell pixel stickers via our website dott.in. We are operated from Ahmedabad, India. By using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.

2. YOUR ACCOUNT

You need an account to check out and access your DOTT ID.

• You are responsible for keeping your login details safe.
• One account per person. We reserve the right to close accounts that are clearly being misused.
• You must be 13 years or older to create an account.

3. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

• By placing an order you agree to pay the stated price including delivery charges where applicable.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹).
• We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund if a product becomes unavailable after ordering.
• Payment is processed securely by Razorpay. We don't store your card, UPI, or banking information.

4. PROMO CODES

• Promo codes must be applied at checkout before payment.
• We cannot apply codes retroactively.
• One promo code per order.
• Codes may have expiry dates and usage limits.
• We reserve the right to deactivate codes at any time.

5. PHYSICAL PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

Stickers are physical goods. Colors may vary slightly from screen to screen due to display calibration. We aim for accuracy in all product photos and descriptions.

Sticker durability depends on the surface applied to. We rate our stickers for extreme durability on standard surfaces (laptops, bottles, smooth walls). Results may vary on rough, porous, or outdoor surfaces.

6. CUSTOM STICKER REQUESTS

By uploading an image for a custom sticker, you confirm that you own the rights to that image or have permission to use it. We will not process custom requests for:

• Images of other people without their consent
• Logos or artwork you don't own
• Hateful, explicit, or illegal content
• Counterfeit brand logos

We reserve the right to decline any custom request. Once production of a custom sticker has begun, cancellations and refunds are not possible.

7. SECRET SECTION AND ACCESS CODES

Access codes for our Secret / Shadow Vault sections are shared by DOTT. through our own channels.

• Redistributing access codes publicly is not prohibited but reduces the experience for everyone.
• We reserve the right to deactivate any code at any time.
• Content in the Secret Vault is subject to availability.

8. DOTT ID AND ACHIEVEMENTS

Your DOTT ID card and achievements are non-transferable. They exist within our platform and cannot be sold, traded, or transferred to another account. We may add, modify, or retire badge criteria over time. Tier status is calculated automatically from verified orders.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All sticker designs, the DOTT. logo, brand name, taglines, website design, and content are the intellectual property of DOTT. You may not reproduce, copy, or use our designs for commercial purposes without written permission.

10. COMMUNITY CONDUCT

If you share your setup on Instagram tagging @dott.drop, you give us permission to repost your photo on our page and website with credit. You can request removal anytime.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are a small brand. We do our best.

To the extent permitted by law, DOTT. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability in any case is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

12. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these terms occasionally. If changes are significant, we'll email you and update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use our site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
